The Bilbies publishes animal stories for general information and entertainment. Nothing on this site is veterinary, medical or legal advice: if an animal needs care, contact a veterinarian or a local animal welfare organization.

Our content

The texts, design and original images on this site belong to Libreros Media or are used with permission, and they are protected by copyright. You may share links to our stories and quote short excerpts with a link to the original. You may not republish full stories or use our content commercially without written permission.

Third-party material

Videos and posts embedded from YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms belong to their creators and are shown through each platform’s embedding tools. We credit authors and sources in the text. If you own material we use and want it credited differently or removed, write to animalistasdelmundo@gmail.com with the link and we will review it promptly.

Stories and photos you send us

If you send us a story, photo or video, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you allow us to publish it, edit it for publication and share it on the site, on our social media and in our newsletter, with the credit you ask for. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Comments

You are responsible for what you post. We may remove comments that are abusive, off-topic or spam, that promote cruelty to animals or that break the law. Do not share other people’s personal data.

Links and advertising

We link to sources and other websites for context; we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. The site shows ads, mostly served by Google AdSense, and an ad does not mean we endorse the product.

Accuracy and liability

We check our stories against their sources and correct errors when we find them, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, Libreros Media is not liable for damages arising from the use of this site.
