To lose someone never is easy, because it leaves you with a void in the heart that is impossible to fill. You can not do anything to return them or have another moment with them. It also happens in animals, like this cat named Big Boy who recently lost his best friend Chuey who died of cancer. It was really a heartbreaking experience for the little one even though they were not very close.
Big Boy’s parents allowed him to say goodbye to Chuey. They even captured the emotional moment on video. They wanted Big Boy to see her, so she would not go looking for her and get lost or trampled by a car.

She really “hated” him, and would not let him get close, according to her family. This is the closest he got to her.
Watching the video will simply break your heart. You will not be able to contain the tears. Imagine what the kitten would have felt at that moment.
See how the kitten responded when he see her friend without life. He had not felt more impotent in his entire life. He was trying to “revive” her. He looks very sad, but his family just wanted him to be able to say goodbye.
We hopefully soon Big Boy will manage to endure the pain of not seeing Chuey again and very soon your heart is ready to receive another friend in your life.
