Lola is a dog that arrived at the restaurant ‘Tortas Carísimas’, located in Oaxaca, Mexico, about 5 months ago. The animal cheers up the atmosphere of the place and although some diners do not like their presence, the owner of the restaurant defends her, with tooth and nail. The man has helped Lola since she arrived and although the dog receives food and necessary care, she still needs the warmth of a home.
We are not known if Lola was born in the street or if she was abandoned, in the neighborhood they take care of her and about a month ago they took her to La Pelu Spa Canino where she has vaccinated, bathed and sterilized, according to the owner of the restaurante.
Restaurant owner defends a stray dog, with tooth and nail
Several diners do not see with good eyes the presence of the dog in the place. So with a post on Facebook, the owner of the restaurant shared his position and decision to keep Lola in the establishment.
The man wrote:
“If you come to Tortas Carísimas and at the entrance you see this, do not think it’s an old rug or a rug 3D. She is Lola, a stray dog who arrived about 5 months ago and stayed to live here. If you are bothered by the animals, with all the confidence please tell me so I can put your cakes to take, because Lola stays and period.”
Some customers of ‘Tortas Carísimas’ and followers in the network, congratulated the restaurant for helping Lola. The publication on Facebook has already reached more than 100 thousand ‘likes’.
Finally, Lola found a home with a large space to run and other dogs to play.
Tortas “carisimas” posted on Facebook:
“To all my fans who were thinking of coming to meet me at Tortas Carisimas, I inform them that it will not be possible anymore because I’ve got a real family that will adopt me and take care of me for the time I have left, it’s sad to leave the Tortero but I can not let this opportunity pass because the place where I am going is beautiful, there is a lot of field, there is a river and I will have two friends that I will present to you later; I want to thank the Tortero for these nine months that he did not leave me without eating, and that helped me to believe in humans again…”
